Alfred Scholar is building an AI-powered research workspace for researchers, PhD scholars, labs, and universities.
We are looking for a University Partnerships Intern to help us build relationships with universities, research departments, professors, PhD scholars, and research communities across India.
What you’ll do
- Identify universities, research departments, labs, professors, and PhD communities
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential institutional partners
- Reach out to universities and research communities through email, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Initiate conversations with professors, research coordinators, and student communities
- Coordinate product demos and university conversations
- Understand researcher problems and communicate insights to the product team
- Help develop university partnership and campus programs
- Track outreach, conversations, and partnership progress
What we’re looking for
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable reaching out to people and starting conversations
- Strong research and organization skills
- High ownership and persistence
- Interest in education, research, AI, or technology
- Comfortable using LinkedIn, email, spreadsheets, and AI tools
- Students or recent graduates are welcome
A background in MBA, business, research, communications, or technology is a plus, but not required.
