How it works
- Alfred takes the notes. After a conversation, the durable learnings (your research direction, decisions, preferences, conclusions) are quietly saved as notes, organized into folders for you.
- The notes are yours. Browse them, edit them, rename, move, or delete them. Once you have edited a note, Alfred never overwrites it.
- Notes connect. Link one note to another with [[wikilinks]], and each note shows what links back to it.
- Everything is traceable. Every captured note links back to the conversations it came from, so you can always see where a learning began.
- Alfred remembers. Your notes inform future Ask Alfred conversations, so Alfred recalls your prior work and preferences instead of starting from zero.
Auto-capture is on by default, and you can pause it anytime from the Second Brain page.
